Aromatherapy is the study of essential oils and their properties. During this course you will learn how to blend the correct oils to make a synergistic blend. Thai Oil Massage

Thai Oil massage originated in Thailand over 2000 years ago. The massage works on the use of Marma points, Sen lines and Thai massage techniques. The use of the oil to balance the dosha help to rebalance the client. The treatment is carried out on the floor and Thai massage techniques are applied to make this treatment stimulating. Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that originated in Thailand about 2000 years ago. It has influences from Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga which is now incorporated into the massage. Anatomy & Physiology
You do not have to have any prior knowledge of anatomy or physiology, but you must hold the desire to learn about this fascinating subject. Step by step you will be taught the amazing systems of the body and how they work, you will also learn what happens when things go wrong and how diseases and disorders can manifest. You will also explore the homeostatic mechanisms that help regulate and repair the body. The course is composed of two aspects: • The Theory of massage • Practical based learning
The theory of massage covers areas such as the history, consultation techniques, contra-indications, business, health and safety and legislation. Once you have covered the theory of massage you will then cover the principles and practices of practical massage. You will explore when to use different massage techniques to maximise the impact of massage for your clients.
This is a rewarding course which prepares you for becoming a professional therapist. Once qualified in massage you can then continue your education to become a specialist in the area of massage.
